April 2024

Establishment of
the Korea office

Following the increase in domestic tourism demand after the pandemic, the hotel market
expanded, leading to the opening of our fifth office in Cheongdam, Korea.

January 2021

Rebranded as AP Hospitality Advisors and opened a new office in Beijing

October 2013

Shenzhen Office

To enhance accessibility to mainland Chinese clients, we opened our third office in a major
southern city, ahead of the technology boom and discussions surrounding the Guangdong-
Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).

May 2013

Bangkok Office

The Bangkok office was established in a major city in Thailand as the second office to
support strategic growth in key tourism markets across Asia.

June 2011

Founded in Hong Kong

We established our headquarters through a partnership with HVS, a hospitality consulting
service based in Hong Kong.
