Jonathan is an experienced Development Director specializing in the luxury hospitality and leisure sectors.
In 2008, Jonathan started his own consulting business and completed 60 hospitality and leisure projects across Asia and the Middle East. His achievements include serving as a board member of a turnkey contractor in Vietnam, Executive Director of the design and development management team at Okada Manila, Director of Leisure for Hong Kong- based Langham Hotels International, developing commercial leasing strategies for a leisure company, and Sales & Marketing/Development Director for a global group operating entrepreneurial resorts and cafés.
Jonathan has extensive experience in confidently managing all types of hospitality development projects, from master planning to ongoing asset management. This includes strategy formulation, financial analysis, negotiating management or license agreements, branding, creating and executing sales and marketing plans, pre-opening planning and advice, and post-opening stabilization.
